He co-founded MVF, Europe’s largest customer acquisition company, which ranked first in the Sunday Times Tech Track 100 in 2013 and was named the Sunday Times Best Company to Work For in 2020. Under his leadership, MVF expanded to over 500 employees across the UK and the US.
At Lunar Ridge Ventures, Tom’s focus is on driving commercial strategy, sales growth, and scaling portfolio businesses to maximize their potential and deliver exceptional returns.

He founded Approved Index in 2004, a pioneering B2B lead generation platform that became the UK’s largest in its sector. In 2008, Approved Index was successfully sold to Reed Elsevier (now RELX), a global provider of information-based analytics and decision tools.
Following this achievement, Jules co-founded MVF, contributing to its rapid growth and market-leading position. Jules managed the companies HR.

As CEO of MVF, Titus led the company to become Europe’s largest customer acquisition platform. While CEO of MVF, Titus won Entrepreneur of the Year at the National Business Awards in 2015.
In 2021, Titus founded The Mothership Group, an eCommerce platform that acquires and scales sustainable consumer product brands. The company focuses on enhancing the reach of independent e-commerce brands through marketing and branding expertise. The Mothership Group has raised significant funding to support its growth strategy.
Titus also works with Tenzing Private Equity on their Entrepreneur’s Panel, providing expertise in acquisition diligence and supporting portfolio businesses with digital marketing strategies, organizational culture, and scaling for rapid growth.

Michael is a highly accomplished marketing leader with a proven track record of driving growth, digital transformation, and strategic partnerships. As Managing Director of Flean.com, a platform akin to a Dutch Airbnb, he significantly expanded its digital presence, enhancing customer acquisition and brand reach in a highly competitive market.
Prior to this, Michael played a pivotal role at MVF, where he led the expansion of the partnerships division, growing it threefold in just three years. His expertise in multi-channel marketing, data-driven growth strategies, and building high-performing teams has helped scale businesses and unlock new revenue streams.
